Women’s International Shipping and Trade Association USA (WISTA) FUNDRAISER

We are excited to learn that WISTA USA has selected NESM as one of it’s 2 charities for their first “Turkey Trot”!

From WISTA: Chapters NE and CT invite all WISTA chapters, friends and family to join us in our First Annual Charity 5K!

What: Our version of a Virtual “Turkey Trot”!

When: Run/walk/crawl when you can the weekend of November 21st – 22nd, 2020

Where: That’s the beauty of a virtual run– ANYWHERE!

Why: We would love to show our support to the seafarers during this difficult time by raising funds. Both of our chosen charities, The Seamen’s Church Institute and the New England Seafarers Mission are amazing organizations that support the personal, professional and spiritual well-being of mariners around the world!
